My Potter Persona

The best part of it is that one day, I'll get to wear a cassock and gown on a fairly regular basis!

You scored as Severus Snape, Well you're a tricky one aren't you? Nobody quite has you figured out and you'd probably prefer it stayed that way. That said you are a formidable force by anyone's reckoning, but there is certainly more to you than a frosty exterior and a bitter temper.

  2. I came out as 95% Harry. I knew there was a reason I disliked you!

  3. Worst part of all - I haven't read a lick of these and have only seen snippets of the movies on TV.

  4. They really are surprisingly good reading. I haven't encountered many people who picked them up and didn't enjoy them, unless they just really despise fantasy. JK Rowling hit a nerve with her little story about a boy wizard. Some people go off the deep end a bit imagining all sorts of profound philosophical insights in the books. They're not as profound as all that, but they are very enjoyable.

  5. People to go kooky. Some of my friends who slogged through Shakespeare beside me went on to academic careers. Knowing my proclivities, one asked if it would be more appropriate to wear his earned PhD gown at a conference where most of the academics would be dressed in the ubiquitous black BA-style gown of Hogwarts.

Personally, while I was a big fan of fantasy in adolescence, I don't think I'd like them. I'm a weird English major in that I really don't enjoy fiction.

Maybe that's why I love the Bible so much....
