Does your denomination require its ministers to affirm the doctrine of the Trinity?
What difference does it make?
In a series of blog posts, I'd like to consider what is at stake when we discard orthodox theology. I hope my readers will join me in this effort to "put wheels on" our proclamation.
The PCA does, absolutely. The Trinity is such a foundational doctrine, I do not know how one who denies it can truly called Christian.

ReplyDeleteThe EPC does, absolutely. I'm with Kevin--I don't see how you can call yourself a Christian and deny the Trinity (or the resurrection, or the incarnation, or the atonement, or any of several other key doctrines).
