Zombies and Hockey

Yet another surprisingly [ahem] tasty mix. PUCKer up!

If this doesn't make sense to you, Monroeville Mall is the site of George Romero's 1978 classic Dawn of the Dead.

You can buy'em on hockey jerseys here.

Each Fall around Halloween they have a "Zombie Crawl" at Monroeville Mall here in da Burgh to "commemorate" the movie.

Yes. We zombie fans have an [ahem] undying affection for Pittsburgh.

I'm a regular ambler through the Monroeville Mall. About once a month. And that doesn't include the annual PAN (Pennsylvania Association of Numismatists) show at the Convention Center next door. It's about 45 minutes from where we live until next week (when I enter training to be a Navy Chaplain).

Cradle,

Knowing where you went to school, I imagine you've already faced down your fair share of mindless shambling hordes....

You can decide for yourself which school to which I refer.

Elliott,

Good thing you spent time teaching your boy how to get head shots with non-mechanized weapons. That'll come in handy when they rise...

I know! Plus, since the arrows are wooden, they should also work against the vampires.
